Lianne Writer is an award winning author, with a diverse medium of storytelling. Her stories can be found in the pages of books, on screen, and online. Including her novel Remembrance, first place winner of the Read 4 Read Contest, and first place winner of the Four Seasons Awards.

Writer's mother, a renowned educator for the deaf, set the standard high to always follow your passions. Graduating from college with a  dual degree in criminology and cultural anthropological studies, with a minor in psychology, Writer had a different career path in mind. However, she would write stories between the pages of her notebooks, and perform story based stand-up comedy. Her love of writing isn't just in her name. It was during this time she wrote and published her first short story in Currents Literary Magazine. Soon after, Writer's work was recognized and more of her stories made their way to the printed page.

Writer fell in love with writing, and went back to college for it, graduating a Valedictorian. Her work expanded past the page onto the screen and in transmedia storytelling. Writer has plans for several movies, television shows, adaptations, and more.

Writer lives in the states with her dog, a cup of tea, and worlds that will always keep spinning.
